Liz gave us a wonderful talk ‘Contemporary Stitched Textlies’ showcasing inspirations and adventures from her City and Guilds days to the present day.





As each quilt was shown and explained there were excited wow’s from the audience. Tea and coffee was served late!
Sissix machine bought and now available for hire to members. There will be a small charge that will enable us to buy more dyes as we need them.
It was lovely to recognise a few quilts at Malvern.

Congratulations to Liz Jones (Ground Cover) for winning the Cotton Patch Award for Large Wall Hanging, Quilts UK Overall Runner Up, and a Judges Choice Certificate from Maggie Davies.
Mary Cook, Edie Bonham, Janet Kite, and Ruth Ford also had quilts on show.
